We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager to join our People & Culture team and play a key role in sourcing and hiring top talent for our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of recruitment best practices, a strong grasp of the fashion retail or headhunting industry, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
As the Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager, you’ll lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, build a robust talent pipeline, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs while upholding a strong employer brand.
1. Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and industry contacts to attract qualified candidates.
2. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Assess candidates for cultural fit, skills, and experience.
3. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Develop relationships with potential candidates for ongoing recruitment efforts.
4. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
5. Contribute to employer branding efforts to attract top talent. Showcase the company culture, values, and opportunities for career growth.
6. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management. Use data to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment processes.
7. Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
1. Min. 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably within the fashion retail or headhunting industry.
2. A strong understanding of the fashion retail industry, including market trends, key players, and the competitive landscape.
3. Proficiency in sourcing techniques (including boolean search), candidate assessment, and interview skills.
4. Experience with various recruitment tools and platforms.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
6. Ability to effectively communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
7. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
8. Ability to establish rapport with candidates and maintain relationships with industry contacts.
