We want YOU to be part of Torch growth! As a Store Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day operations of our Cirebon store. Store Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to store's overall success by overseeing the efficient functioning of various aspects. This position requires a combination of leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a deep understanding of the fashion retail environment.
1. Supervise and lead a team of store staff, ensuring they understand and adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
2. Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or issues promptly. Ensure that the team maintains a positive and customer-friendly environment.
3. Assist in achieving sales targets by motivating the team, monitoring sales performance, and implementing strategies to enhance sales.
4. Oversee and participate in inventory control activities, such as stock replenishment, merchandise transfers, and regular stock checks.
5. Support the implementation of visual merchandising guidelines to create an attractive and organized store layout.
6. Train new staff members, conduct ongoing training sessions, and provide coaching to improve team performance.
7. Assist in day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store.
8. Maintain effective communication with the store manager, other supervisors, and staff. Relay important information and ensure that the team is well-informed.
9. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the team or with customers, escalating to higher management when necessary.
1. Min. 2 years of experience as a store leader/PIC store/Store Coordinator/Store Manager in a fashion retail industry is a must.
2. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Experience in leading and developing a team is desirable.
3. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, customers, and other stakeholders.
4. A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing a positive shopping experience.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various responsibilities and prioritize tasks efficiently.
6. Ability to identify and solve problems quickly and efficiently, either independently or by collaborating with the store manager.
7. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, tasks, and situations in a fast-paced retail environment.
8. Willing to be placed in Cirebon.
