We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our team as the Sales Streaming Support. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing live streaming sessions to promote our products across various digital platforms. Your role will be essential in driving engagement, increasing brand awareness, and boosting online sales through compelling and interactive live content.
1. Data Monitoring and Analysis: Track key performance metrics for live streams, such as viewer count, watch time, engagement rate, conversions, and drop-off points; analyze audience demographics, behavior, and preferences to optimize content strategy; generate insights on viewer engagement patterns, including peak times, audience retention, and interactive elements that drive higher participation.
2. Plan Live Events: Schedule live streams, choose products to showcase, and assign hosts.
3. Manage Hosts: Recruit and support live streamers, helping them present products effectively.
4. Create Content: Develop fun and engaging live stream content with demos and promos.
5. Set Up Equipment: Ensure all technical parts (camera, lighting, sound) are ready and working well.
6. Support Sales: Share product links and offers during live streams, and report on sales results.
7. Promote Events: Work with marketing to advertise live events on social media and other platforms.
8. Fix Issues: Solve technical problems quickly to keep the live stream running smoothly.
1. Preferably have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce live streaming, data analysis, and managing host/live streamer.
2. Capability to engage with marketplace management and present live stream sales data.
3. Experienced in creating promotional strategy for live streaming sales events, such as Tanggal Kembar, Pay Day Event, etc.
4. Strong Excel skills or familiarity with data analytics tools.
5. Effective time management and attention to detail to coordinate live stream events successfully.
6. Have strong leadership skills to supervise live streams.
