We are seeking an E-Commerce Specialist (Asian Market) to manage and optimize our presence on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop across Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and other Asian markets. This role involves executing marketplace strategies, coordinating with partners, managing product listings and promotions, and analyzing performance to drive growth. Ideal candidates have experience in e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and an understanding of regional consumer behavior.
1. Develop and execute e-commerce strategies on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop to align with overall cross-border business goals.
2. Oversee daily operations, product listings, inventory, and content across platforms.
3. Handle cross-border marketplace activities and operations focused on Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, and the broader Asian market.
4. Coordinate with enablers and third-party partners to ensure smooth regional execution.
5. Plan merchandising, pricing, and promotional campaigns tailored to each market.
6. Optimize SEO/SEM and user experience to drive traffic and conversions.
7. Monitor performance metrics and conduct competitive analysis within the Asian landscape.
8. Support customer retention through loyalty programs and post-purchase engagement.
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field from a reputable university with min. GPA typically preferred.
2. Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, preferably managing Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop.
3. Familiarity with the Malaysian, Thailand, or broader Asian market and consumer behavior is a strong plus.
4. Fluent in English, both spoken and written, is highly valuable for cross-border communication.
5. Strong analytical skills for interpreting marketplace data and making strategic decisions.
6. Attention to detail in managing product listings, promotional pricing, and visual assets.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.
